Traube's space surface marking
Traube’s space is a semilunar area in the left lower chest used for percussion. [1]

The superior surface marking is the left 6th rib. [1]
Lateral boundary
The lateral surface marking is the left mid-axillary (anterior axillary) line. [1]
Inferior boundary
The inferior surface marking is the left costal margin. [1]
